8:00 am Cardio and Strength Training
-Moderate to high intensity class. Intervals of step aerobics, weight training and core. The focus is heart-rate training with intervals of strength and core moves.
9:30 am Mat Pilates
-This class focuses on the core muscles, breathing and control. This class uses Pilates rings, balls, bands and light hand weights.
Wednesday
8:00 am Weight Training
-moderate to high intensity class. This class focuses on full body strength training using weights, bands and steps. Helps build strength. bone density and core strength.
9:30 am Mat Pilates
-Same as Monday
Friday
8:00 am Cardio and Strength Training
-Same as Monday
9:30 am Mat Pilates
